Tomato and Mozzarella Panini Sandwich
Ingredients:
Fresh Italian bread Fresh mozzarella Fresh Roma tomatoes Fresh basil 1/2 cup olive oil 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar Salt to taste
Preparation:
Slice two pieces of the Italian bread. Slice two 1/2-inch pieces of the Roma tomato and mozzarella. Put two tomato slices on one of the slices of bread, then two 1/2-inch slices of mozzarella. Chop five basil leaves and add to the top of the mozzarella. Combine olive oil with of balsamic vinegar and whisk them together. Drizzle vinaigrette on top of the mozzarella and basil and season to taste with salt. Top sandwich with the other piece of bread.
